'Morning Lark' or 'Night Owl'- What's the Healthiest Sleep Pattern?

Are you a morning person? If you are, then you probably love getting up at the crack of dawn, taking a walk outside in the crisp fresh air, and getting an early start "to beat the rush." Your mornings are extremely productive. On the flip-side, maybe your body is beginning to tire out right when the sun goes down, and you're well off to sleep before the late night talk shows hit the airways.

Or perhaps you're a night owl. After dinner is your best time of day. You're energized and ready to go. As the song says, you love the nightlife and you've got to boogie. Even working through mentally challenging tasks well into the wee hours of the morning is not a problem for you. But when that old alarm clock rings, and rings, and rings, getting out of bed and taking the world in stride for that first few hours of the morning can be tough.

Buy American For America - Small Town Business Offers a Helping Hand to U.S. Manufacturers

Before retailers and consumers invest their dollars into foreign made products, they may want to visit BuyDirectUSA.com. The site has been launched in an effort to help Americans and American Retailers locate products that are produced by Manufacturers located in the United States.

According to owner Danielle Csekits, "American workers do not have time to wait for the politicians to figure out ways to keep jobs here in America and to balance out our huge trade deficit."

BuyDirectUSA.com is a new company but they are not new to business. They have operated e-commerce websites offering gifts and collectibles since 1999. They noticed just how many of the items that they were selling were coming from outside of the USA and decide it was time to help balance things out.

Sara-Ann Burgess, MD Burgesses

For the first time since 1997, unemployment has topped two million and there are predictions this will exceed 3 million within a year, resulting in one in 10 workers without jobs by 2010. By the end of 2008, repossessions soared by 68% to 46,750, including those forced into giving up their homes by 'second charge' consolidation loan companies.

Air Ambulance Company AirMed Receives Endorsement of ZVS, the Nation's Top Visa and Passport Service

Award-winning air ambulance company, AirMed International (airmed.com), has received the endorsement of and become the "Official Air Ambulance Provider" for the well-respected passport and visa company ZVS, Zierer Visa Service. ZVS has offices throughout the world with their corporate headquarters in San Francisco. ZVS specializes in fast, dependable, overnight and same-day passport and visa services.

ZVS customers who sign up for AirMed's membership program, called AirMed Traveler, will receive substantial discounts off the annual retail rates. Simply put, an AirMed Traveler membership gets you back home if you're hospitalized while traveling. Most travelers assume their current health insurance will cover them while traveling, but in almost all instances, this isn't the case. And unlike most trip insurance, AirMed will airlift you to the hospital of your choice, not simply the 'nearest appropriate facility' as is the case with well-known trip insurance. Unlike travel or health insurance with an AirMed Traveler membership, there are no deductibles, no co-pays, and no pre-existing condition limitations.

Video SEO Can Save the Newspaper Industry, Says New Study

Online video marketing information and solutions provider ReelSEO has released a first-of-its-kind, in-depth report on the opportunity for U.S. newspaper companies to grow their audience and advertising base using video search optimization (Video SEO, or "vSEO"). Written by Senior Analyst Grant Crowell, "Business Models for New Realities: The Newspapers Industry's Video SEO Opportunity" is the culmination of more than 2 years of industry research, along with numerous interviews with editors and publishers of newspaper companies nationwide.

The Video SEO opportunity for Newspapers

Newspapers are struggling with harsh economic realities and are seeking creative new revenue sources, while transitioning their traditional print-centric business model to the where their audience has migrated -- the Internet. To help newspapers address this new reality, this report features:

A discussion of the opportunities and challenges newspapers face, and how Video SEO can improve their situations

A "best practices" checklist for what newspapers should look for in a Video SEO provider - be it an analyst, publishing platform, or analytics package.

Reviews with leading analysts and online video solutions providers

"There's been a great deal of discussion about the problems newspapers are having, but no real solutions proposed. We've found a solution for the oldest of the 'Old Media' (newspapers), and that's the newest of the 'New Media' (video)." states Crowell. "While newspapers are already producing large amounts of online video content, they have not been successful at optimizing the video for both traffic and monetization."
